TIM reduces stake in Blah!

TIM, TIM Sul and TIM Nordeste decided to sell off their 40% stake in the voting capital of the Internet services provider Blah! to TIM International for R$39mil in total, R$19.5mil to each one. Blah!, developed in 2000 in Rio de Janeiro, offers content and services (chat, ring tones and games) to mobile phone operators. The group holds 16 clients in 10 countries as Argentina, Chile and Peru, besides 3mil users, who register up to 240mil messages per month.
