I wish to thank Steve Harper (Readers' Forum, Dec. 30) forreviving my faith in the marketplace of ideas. So many anonymouswriters on the Internet these days simply rant and name call. Bycontrast, Steve's letter was to the point, met the editor'sstandards and he manned up and owned his words, using his name andcity.
While his closing comment, "I gave up and returned to reality,"was a bit snarky and uncalled for, I want to thank him for mostlyattacking my arguments and not me.
